Trip Overview
This Autumn Skardu and Hunza Valley journey is designed to offer a smooth and enriching travel experience, combining breathtaking landscapes with authentic cultural encounters. Starting in Islamabad, the journey gradually leads you into the heart of the mountains, from the rugged beauty of Skardu to the peaceful charm of Hunza Valley.
As you travel through these northern regions, autumn unfolds in vibrant shades of gold, orange, and red. Orchards, terraced fields, and quiet villages create a warm and colorful contrast against the towering peaks of the Karakoram. Along the way, you will experience some of the most striking natural highlights of the north, including the vast landscapes of Sarfaranga Cold Desert, the crystal-clear waters of Attabad Lake, and the dramatic peaks of the Passu Cones.
With a comfortable pace, a mix of guided visits and free time, and opportunities to connect with local culture, this journey offers a well-balanced and memorable way to experience the beauty and seasonal colors of northern Pakistan.
